Founded by Leslie Dreier and Bruce Hadlock, Lofty Oaks association has provided a Leslie Drier and Bruce Hadlock, Founders memorial tree planting tree program to professional funeral homes nationwide. Since 1981, hundreds of thousands of trees have been planted on behalf of its members. These trees have been planted on public lands in all 50 states, so that the benefits may be enjoyed by all. As a result, Lofty Oaks Association has provided its funeral home members with an enhanced professional image and greater name recognition in the communities they serve.

Lofty Oaks Association's mission is to reinforce successful funeral homes image with families, civic organizations, churches and local newspapers in their communities. LOA’s goal is to enhance the funeral home’s name recognition by publicizing the tree planting and its environmental benefits.
